Dcraig Real Estate has as main activity, along with other business lines, the development in the real estate field. In partnership with the Element group, Dcraig Real Estate is launching a nationwide accelerated expansion strategy in the logistics area, developing logistics parks. All projects under the "ELI Parks" brand are developed according to international class A standards and were started, following the association, with a capital injection of 90 million euros. The objective is to build industrial spaces in key areas for the development of the local economy.
