Advocate for an updated trade related legislation (OG 99/2000, OG 21/1992, Law 296/2004 etc.)
Promote proper transposition of Directives in the consumer protection area (Unfair Trading Practices, Double Standards, New Deal for Consumers, Collective Redress etc.)
React to trade related legislative initiatives in the Parliament
Liaise with the authorities to understand priorities in the consumer protection area
Liaise with the authorities to understand priorities in the B2B protection area
Monitor and provide feedback on the development of online trading markets in accordance with the European directives and policies
