The conflict between the former spouses or life partners does not end with the drawing up of the divorce deed. A new facet of the conflict is the worrying phenomenon of parental alienation. Currently, the implementation of measures regarding minors can be paralyzed by the child's refusal, regardless of age, to comply with court decisions.

Our colleague, Valentina Preda – Partner -  analyzes in an article the recent jurisprudence in this matter and proposes a legislative remedy that could solve this deadlock.
