In the recently published article, Cătălina Dicu  - Senior Partner – and Anca Manolache – Managing Associate – analyzes the conditions provided by the Labor Code, in which the additional work performed by the employee must be properly compensated by the employer through paid time off and, alternatively, by adding an increase to the salary corresponding to its duration.
