The Bucharest International Arbitration Court (BIAC), in accordance with its Organizational Regulations, is opening the nomination process for applications to be considered for appointment to the Administrative Council (7 seats) and Governing Board (5 seats).

The submission process commenced on December 20, 2023. The extended deadline for incoming nominations is EOD February 5, 2024.

Bucharest International Arbitration Court (BIAC) is an independent Romania-based court of arbitration established under the auspices of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania).

Both the Administrative Council and the Governing Board play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of BIAC and upholding the highest standards in international arbitration. We welcome applications from any candidates whose experience and expertise will contribute to the success of BIAC in this capacity.
