''The study aims at analyzing the attitude of Romanians towards aging, focusing on the social, professional and financial dimensions of the process. We are well aware of the demographic trends for Romania, this is why understanding the dynamics between each person’s human capital and financial capital is critical in promoting economic and social welfare for all. As we age, we have to increase our efforts of maintaining high level of human capital – health, education, professional relevance, skills, mental and emotional well-being.

In the same time, we have to constantly build our financial capital so that we can enjoy a decent standard of living.

The questions included in the survey address whether Romanians are aware and working towards these goals and what are their expectations from the welfare state.
