On Sunday, April 12^th, starting 1 pm, you are invited to gather with your loved ones for a luxurious Easter Brunch featuring an exquisite selection of seasonal delights and traditional specialties at InterContinental Athénée Palace.

Indulge in the flavours of spring with gourmet Easter classics, elegant seafood selections, artisanal pastries, and a lavish carving station - all crafted to elevate your holiday celebration.

Guests are invited to savour traditional highlights such as ciorbă de miel and the classic Romanian drob, while the carving stations present roasted porchetta and festive lamb leg served with yoghurt, garlic and mint sauce.

A generous array of charcuterie, fine cheeses, vibrant salads and freshly prepared hot starters complements the experience, leading into comforting mains such as sarmale, lamb stufat and carp steaks. From the grill, delicacies like lobster tail and beef entrecôte add a touch of indulgence, while an opulent dessert display, from pavlova with lime and strawberries to chocolate éclairs, tiramisu and artisanal cheesecakes, provides a memorable finale for this celebratory feast.

For the youngest guests, the celebration will be sprinkled with an exciting Easter Egg Hunt and a captivating show & a Brunch-long entertainment program to keep the Easter spirit alive.
