The travel agency Happy Tour is the best travel management agency in Romania, according to the World Travel Awards 2021 edition. The nominees for this category included four other travel agencies from Romania.

Javier Garcia del Valle was a minority shareholder of the Happy Tour agency for 13 years, and under his leadership, Happy Tour also developed its services in the leisure area, becoming one of the largest travel agencies in Romania, with its own offices. and in Bulgaria and Turkey.
