Wolf Theiss assisted VISMA AS, the Nordic leader in the IT&C industry, for the acquisition of the Romanian company Digital Keez S.R.L., a Romanian IT company offering complete accounting services through an app designed especially for entrepreneurs.

The Corporate/M&A team of Wolf Theiss coordinated by Partner Ileana Glodeanu rendered transactional assistance, from conducting the legal due diligence to negotiating and signing with the founders the share purchase agreement, the shareholders agreement, as well as all other ancillary transactional documents.

The acquisition implies alignment with Visma’s strategy to produce and deliver the best technological solutions to clients. Through this transaction, Visma further expands its range of digital knowledge and content products into complete accounting services in Romania and in Europe.
