Four lawyers became new members of the team, in line with the firm’s ascending trend of this year. New lawyer positions have been created within the firm as a result of the increased volume of client matters.

As a result of the recruitment process undertaken this fall, the Company has selected candidates at the beginning of their career but also experienced lawyers. Anca Ţicu, Iuliana Rusu, Cosmin Bolog and Alina Paraschiv are the first lawyers co-opted by Voicu & Filipescu as Associates within the firm, while the team will be expanded in the future with new positions.

Voicu & Filipescu's evolution followed an upward trend this year, with the firm’s lawyers being involved in complex matters from various areas of practice, from the field of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, banking and insurance, real estate, public procurement, employment, litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy. At the same time, the company has consolidated new areas of practice such as personal data protection, counting among its clients some of the most important players on the local market.
