This November–December, The Social Incubator, with the support of The Inner Foundation, launches a pilot training series designed to foster wellbeing-centered leadership and inclusive corporate cultures:

“The Other KPI – The Underlayer That Holds People Together.”

The programme explores psychological safety, empathic communication, and trauma-aware leadership, essential dimensions of emotionally intelligent workplaces where young professionals can grow and thrive.

Sessions:

• November 19, 2025 (09:30–13:00) – Psychological Safety and Recognizing Signs of Distress
• November 26, 2025 (09:30–13:00) – Empathic Responses and Emotional Self-Regulation in Leadership
• December 2, 2025 (09:30–13:00) – Empathic Onboarding and Supportive Leadership

Each session builds on the previous one to ensure continuity, growth, and practical impact. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions for a comprehensive learning experience.
