A mixed project built by One United Properties in an area with important development prospects, One Verdi Park reaches ground zero level. The construction of this multifunctional project was started in the fall of 2019 and will be delivered in Q 4 / 2021.
Located in the northern part of Bucharest, on Barbu Văcărescu Street, One Verdi Park consists of two towers, an office one and a residential one, 77 meters high, with superb panoramic views of Floreasca and Tei lakes. The project will have a total area of 60,000 sqm distributed as follows: 19,000 sqm basements with over 480 parking spaces, 21,000 sqm for offices rent, 16,000 sqm for 134 exclusive apartments and 4,000 sqm commercial spaces on the ground floor. The residential tower will be one of the tallest landmark apartment buildings in the Capital, while the office tower is a solution for companies seeking representativeness, having a dominant position, with a unique view of Verdi Park and Lake Floreasca. Both towers are developed following the company's philosophy of providing exclusive buildings that meet Green and LEED requirements, while the office tower will target LEED Platinum v4 and WELL certifications. The development of this project started in the fall of 2019 and 50% of the housing units have already been pre-contracted. The two buildings of One Verdi Park are provided with a 5.30 m high lobby, with premium finishes made of natural stone plywood, while the walls will feature exposed concrete areas and copper and wood plywood. The contemporary design of the lobby will be signed by Lemon Interior Design and will bring an elegant and cosmopolitan note to the entrance of the building.
Access to the complex will be available from Barbu Văcărescu Street, and the outer boulevard area will be designed as a pedestrian space, composed of pedestrian alleys, green and recreation spaces. The development location - the intersection between Barbu Văcărescu Street – Glodeni Street - Gheorghe Țițeica Street - benefits from fast access and bus station, high speed tram and taxi. 30% of the total development land area will be destined to green spaces.
