On January 25, 2023, the Ministry of Energy and its private sector partner launched the selection process for 6 members of the Supervisory Board (Non-Executive Directors) of Hidroelectrica.

The calendar for the selection process is:

• candidates’ files (up to 30 days from the announcement)
• evaluation of candidates’ files (up to 3 days after the deadline for the submission of files)
• initial selection (up to 5 days after the long list of candidates is drafted)
• expression of interest (up to 15 days after the short list of candidates is drafted)
• final selection (3 to 5 days after the initial selection is completed)
