by Suciu Popa July 20, 2021

Global Arbitration Review published on 15 July 2021 the latest edition of the GAR 100, the annual survey of the leading international arbitration practices around the world. Suciu Popa featured again in the 14th edition of the prestigious listing, this being the firm’s fifth consecutive ranking among the world’s arbitration elite since its incorporation in 2016.

GAR remarked the busy and diverse portfolio of cases of Suciu Popa’s arbitration practice and highlighted the firm’s most recent successes in multi-million EUR arbitration proceedings in fields such as construction, infrastructure and energy.

Managing Partner Luminita Popa, hailed as a “hands-on leader with superb advocacy skills”, commented: “The fact that GAR 100 is ranking Suciu Popa for the fifth consecutive year among the international arbitration elites makes us very proud. It recognizes the strengths of the firm’s international arbitration practice and its capabilities of successfully handling complex legal challenges”. Luminita Popa has been recently re-appointed as Member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for the following 3 years.

GAR is the leading resource on international arbitration news and community intelligence. Its unique signature survey - the GAR 100, is a guide to specialist arbitration firms worldwide. The survey offers extensive qualitative analysis of arbitration practices around the world based on stringent research and assessment of the firms to ensure that only the elite are listed.
