Stratula & Asociatii lawyers have obtained a milestone judgment at the High Court of Cassation and Justice, in an administrative dispute where the client – a business company owning an A+ office building – has succeeded to cancel a 10 million lei financial correction, applied by the relevant Ministry as a result of alleged breaches in the procurement procedure for selecting the construction company to construct the office building.

The 83 M lei project project was financed with European Funds under the POR Program and was successfully implemented.
