ADP is pleased to announce that Sonia Khachlouf, was appointed VP General Manager Romania starting with July 1st, 2021.

Already VP General Manager Tunisia: Sonia took on an expanded role, adding the Romania COE to her organization. As the Vice President & General Manager of Tunisia & Romania, Sonia is responsible for the expansion of the combined COEs.

Sonia joined ADP in 2012 in Finance and as part of her leadership journey, she covered the role of Director Administration and Finance (DAF) where she has overseed successfully our statutory, administrative, and business controlling activities as well as management of the legal entity requirements. In February 2018, Sonia was promoted as General Manager and led the growth of our Tunisia operations where we have currently more than 960 associates.

As a VP & General Manager of Tunisia & Romania, Sonia is leading an organization of more than 1600 associates and will build an excellence service delivery through high performing teams, continuing to attract in both COEs best talents and expertise.

Sonia will be based in Bucharest, Romania.
