Visa and ING Bank Romania, in partnership with Impact Hub Bucharest, have launched the third edition of She’s Next, a program supporting women entrepreneurs in Romania. The 2026–2027 edition will award a total of €90,000 in grants to six women entrepreneurs, while 15 finalists will receive access to individual mentoring, group coaching, training, and other educational resources.
The grants include one award of €30,000, two awards of €15,000 each, and three awards of €10,000 each. The number of grant recipients has doubled compared to the previous edition, while all 15 finalists will benefit from the program’s mentoring and development opportunities.
Applications are open from September 15 to November 15, 2026, to businesses that have been operating for more than one year and are at least 51% women-owned. Applications can be submitted through the dedicated She’s Next platform.
Alongside the application period, the program will host seven free webinars covering topics including access to finance, business financial management, marketing and communication, AI in business, leadership, strategic business development, and customer acquisition.
The She’s Next Caravan will also return this year, with events scheduled in Bucharest (October 6), Cluj-Napoca (October 22), and Iași (November 5), bringing together entrepreneurs and speakers to share business experiences, insights, and practical ideas for growth.
The 15 finalists will take part in an intensive development program between January and May 2027, including individual mentoring, group coaching, masterminds, personal branding training, and pitch preparation, culminating in a final pitch and awards ceremony in May 2027.
