Schoenherr si Asociatii SCA advised Allianz-Tiriac on entering an agreement for the lease of office and commercial space in the Tiriac Tower building, located in the centre of Bucharest. The insurance company will relocate its headquarters to the leased office space which occupies three floors and has a total floor space of 4,640 m². It will also operate a concept store in the commercial space located on the building's ground floor.
