A multidisciplinary team of lawyers from Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal, and financial and tax advisors from Deloitte Romania assisted Global Vision, a Romanian investment and real estate development platform, in the acquisition of an office property located in the Charles de Gaulle-Dorobanti area of Bucharest, from a group of Irish investors. The transaction was signed six months ago and has recently been completed.
Developed between 2001 and 2004, the office property was among the first modern glass-and-steel buildings in central Bucharest and has a gross built area of approximately 10,000 square metres. Through this acquisition, Global Vision expands its office portfolio in Bucharest.
Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal team involved in the project assisted Global Vision throughout the acquisition process, including due diligence, negotiation, signing, and completion of the transaction documentation. The real estate team involved in the project comprised Irina Dimitriu, Partner and head of the real estate practice, Simona Iacob, Counsel, Maria Nitulescu, Senior Managing Associate, and Diana Dulama, Senior Associate, while the corporate, commercial and mergers & acquisitions practice contributed through Florin Grumeza, Senior Associate, and Maria Marin, Associate.
