PNSA advised PlantExtrakt in registering and defending its IP rights over “Nasirus” trademark

PNSA advised PlantExtrakt, the first Romanian manufacturer of gemmotherapy extracts and the only Romanian manufacturer of homeopathic drugs, in relation to opposition and dispute proceedings before the Romanian Patents and Trademarks Office (OSIM) for registering and defending its IP rights over “Nasirus” trademark against the holder of an earlier EU trademark (EUTM) allegedly similar. PNSA team was led by Managing Associate Camelia Constantin, along with Senior Associate Ioana Avram.

Prestigious mountain climber David Neacşu sells the Himalaya store

PNSA advised Mr. David Neacşu on the sale of the Himalaya store to Stral Big.

Founded in 1994 by Romanian mountain climber David Neacşu, Himalaya was the first store established in Romania to support the passion of conquering the heights of the world and for sport passionates.

Mr. David Neacşu is renowned internationally for participating in 28 major expeditions and leading the first Romanian expedition on Everest in 2003.
