announces the launch of a new business line under the Meta Homes brand. This will have the role of promoting the properties in the trust's portfolio, clients thus having direct contact with the owner, but also access to competitive prices without brokerage commissions.

Meta Homes, unlike real estate agencies, exclusively mediates the sale of units contracted / purchased by Meta Estate Trust from the first phases of the project. In addition, all homes feature positioning and architectural advantages as, right from the construction stage, Meta Estate Trust selects the most sought-after types of apartments in each project in which it is involved. Meta Homes also offers the possibility of purchase for apartments that are no longer available at the completion of the project.

Meta Homes provides the Meta Estate Trust with direct contact with potential clients, this aspect having a direct impact on the development of the future housing portfolio in line with the requirements of the local profile market.
