HOW-TO DAC6 Last month of preparation for DAC6! Time to attend a practical webinar!

by Transfer Pricing Services November 23, 2020
  • When: Friday, November 27th, 2020, 9:30 – 11:30 AM (Bucharest time)
  • Where: Online (ZOOM)

Exceptional circumstances call for exceptional adaptation measures of your business model! Restructuring intra-group transactions are now business as usual, however, these might spur new tax-related worries under the EU’s DAC6 regulations.

Have you taken into account that restructuring an intra-group loan no longer implies only the substantiation of its economic substance or documenting the arm’s length level of the interest rate? The new EU Directive means that all transactions involved must be also tested to see if they meet certain characteristics known as “hallmarks” such as A3, B2, B3 or E3.

Only a few of the DAC6 hallmarks are based on obtaining a specific tax benefit, and the decision whether or not to report a transaction often will be scrutinized by the tax inspector during his next visit.

Almost just one month to go! January 1st, 2021 marks the first month of DAC6 reporting in Romania and in many of the other Member States! The best tax defence is – as always – being excellently prepared!

Join us for a pragmatic online discussion of how a real DAC6 project unfolds in practice and how you can efficiently prepare for DAC6.

Sign up for the “How-to DAC6” webinar to learn about:

A. The actual DAC6 preparation stages

B. Discussing the challenges of implementing a DAC6 software solution and providing practical solutions for an efficient reporting process

C. Best practices example

D. Spot-on answers to spot-on questions

We look forward to welcome you at a practical webinar built on practical examples!

Who should attend: Taxpayers who want to learn more about the impact of the information reported (or not reported) to the tax authorities under DAC6 provisions.
