Filip & Company law firm assisted Polish company Alsendo owned by Abris Capital Partners (“Abris”), the ESG transformation specialist private equity investor, in the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Innoship, the leading Central European provider of advanced technology solutions that optimize last-mile management for E-Commerce merchants.
The Filip & Company team assisted Abris in the due diligence process, the negotiation of the sale and subscription agreement, as well as on other aspects related to the implementation of the transaction.
