Filip & Company has assisted the investment fund AGISTA, part of the Impetum Group, in the signing of the agreements for the sale of their entire stake in Dendrio Solutions to Bittnet Systems S.A. and the acquisition of a new stake in the cybersecurity company Fort S.A., listed on the AeRO market. As a result of this exchange transaction, Agista increases its stake in Fort S.A., thus becoming the majority shareholder (together with Impetum Investments). The transaction is subject to an FDI clearance.
