International law firm DLA Piper announces the highly reputed Corporate lawyer Oana Duţu-Buzura’s promotion to partnership, as of 1 May 2023.

A long-standing practitioner within DLA Piper’s Romanian office, Oana specializes in mergers & acquisitions, with particular focus on sectors such as consumer goods, food and retail, technology and healthcare. Having been involved in various complex M&A and corporate reorganizations, she has acted on all sides and gained experience in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Key member of DLA Piper’s private equity practice, Oana has established herself as a confident transaction manager, making sure that deals go from signing to completion smoothly and efficiently.
