DHL Express Romania received the Great Place to Work certification for the third time in a row, following the survey conducted among employees in January of this year. The involvement was an important one, higher than the 2021 edition, 86% of the employees answering the questions in the questionnaire.

The results of the study show that 8 out of 10 employees have a constant positive experience at work. The efforts that DHL Express Romania is making in terms of safety and security at work, discouraging discrimination or promoting diversity and inclusion were among the most appreciated steps taken by employees in this year's survey. As every year, the team spirit remained in the top of the appreciated aspects, appreciated both by the new employees and by those with experience in the company.
