To celebrate its quarter century anniversary in Romania, global law firm Dentons hosted a client reception at the newly-opened Above Lounge in Bucharest on 22 June 2022. The event was attended by leading members of Romania’s business community as well as Dentons colleagues from Bucharest and around Europe.
The Bucharest office opened in 1997 as Altheimer & Gray, the first international law firm to operate in the Romania market. Altheimer & Gray’s Bucharest office combined with pan-European firm Salans in 2003, which in turn combined with SNR Denton and Fraser Milner Casgrain in 2013 to form Dentons.
Today, Dentons' Bucharest office comprises 43 lawyers and professionals. The team of Romanian, UK and US qualified lawyers provides a comprehensive range of legal services to international and domestic companies as well as government institutions.

To mark the anniversary, Dentons will donate €25 per guest at the gala celebration to the Romanian Red Cross. The donation will be used to help Ukrainian children and families displaced by war.
