Bondoc și Asociații assisted Restart Energy, an independent electricity and gas supplier on the local market, in negotiating the arrangements regarding an equity deal with US based fund Tejas Capital; the transaction is part of the Romanian player’s strategy to develop green energy projects worth $ 500 million within the next 5 years, as well as to implement a trading platform based on blockchain technology.
