Bondoc & Asociații provided legal assistance to ENGIE Romania in connection with the signing of the agreement for the acquisition of a wind farm with an installed capacity of 253.1 MW from Greenvolt Power, part of the Greenvolt Group. The project is located in Ialomița County and is financed through a Contract for Difference (CfD). Upon becoming operational in 2027, the project is expected to be one of the largest wind farms in Romania.
The Bondoc & Asociații team provided comprehensive legal assistance throughout the transaction, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, as well as the review and negotiation of the related contractual documentation. The transaction involved a highly complex structure and documentation.
