Autonom Services SA , the largest independent Romanian company on the mobility solutions market, lists a new issue of registered, non-convertible and unsecured bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) , in a total value of 30 million euros.
These bonds, with the stock symbol AUT29E , are correlated with sustainability objectives, being part of the strategy developed by Autonom with the previous bond listing, in 2021. To date, Autonom has had two other bond listings on the BVB: in 2021, bonds worth over 48 million euros were listed, being the largest bond issue of a Romanian entrepreneurial company on the local capital market, with the stock symbol AUT26E , maturing on November 23, 2026, and in 2019 the company's first bond listing took place, with the symbol AUT24E, reaching maturity last year.
The bonds with a unit nominal value of 1,000 euros and a fixed annual interest of 6.14% are traded, starting today, on the Regulated Stock Exchange Market and will reach maturity on November 26, 2029. The private placement that took place in November 2024 was addressed exclusively to institutional and professional investors.

The new bond issue is aligned with the sustainability objectives undertaken by Autonom, including reducing the average carbon emissions of the operational fleet of passenger cars by 30% by 2028 and, in the long term, by 55% by 2030, according to the strategy published in 2021 and updated in 2024. Autonom's sustainability strategy is based on the Framework Document on Financing Correlated with Sustainability Objectives, validated by Sustainalytics, an international external consultant with recognized expertise in the ESG area, and assessed the objectives as ambitious.
The listing of the bonds was carried out with the support of BRD Groupe Société Générale, as the Sole Coordinator of the Program and Structuring Agent of the bonds linked to sustainability objectives, and BT Capital Partners as the Manager/Distribution Group. The law firm RTPR was the legal consultant of the transaction, and EY Romania was the financial auditor of the issuer.
