During the May 29th workshop The Dark Side of Leadership, you are invited to learn about what are the “dark side behaviors”, how these are developed and when they appear, how dark-side behaviors can negatively affect relationships and performance.

Who will facilitate the workshop?

Mădălina Bălan - is specialized in organizational psychology, senior international consultant and managing partner at Hart Consulting. Madalina is certified in several leadership and personality assessment methodologies such as Hogan Assessments, Schufried, Hogan 360, Hogan team assessment, Leadership Versatility etc.

She has been coaching and developing leaders and leadership teams from Europe, APAC, North & Central America for the past 15 years.

Madalina graduated from several training programs such as Stakeholders Centered Coaching (Marshall Goldsmith), Systemic Coaching Constellations (London), Academy of Executive Coaching etc.
