AmCham Romania is pleased to invite the members to a webinar organized in partnership with the U.S. Embassy, on October 28, 2021, between 10:00 – 11:30, via Cisco Webex Meetings, part of the AmCham #GoodGovernanceMonth.

A knowledge exchange to discuss the role of the FBI in the global fight against corruption and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Additionally, an overview of statistics, common red flags, and U.S. enforcement of FCPA. 

Speaker: The exchange will be directed by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent James Kelley. Special Agent Kelley is a member of the FBI’s International Corruption Unit, and is stationed at FBI’s Miami field office; however, he is on assignment to the United States Embassy in Bucharest. SA Kelley has worked a number of FCPA investigations which have resulted in arrests, significant asset forfeiture, and corporate settlement.
