2000s - Growth and Expansion: In the 2000s, AmCham Romania expanded its membership and impact, from 50 members in .... to over 250 in 2006. The organization actively engaged with officials and decision  makers, providing a platform for constructive dialogue on issues crucial to businesses.

During this decade, AmCham has supported Romania’s efforts toward reaching historic goals, that placed the country on a growth path, such as becoming a NATO ally (2004) and a EU member state (2007).
