ABOUT the  2022 SelectUSA Investment Summit, June 26-29

SelectUSA, the federal program to attract FDI in the U.S. is housed within the U.S. Department of Commerce, in charge of promoting and facilitating business investment in the United States. Since its inception, SelectUSA has facilitated more than $102 billion in client-verified investment projects, supporting more than 132 000 U.S. jobs.

SelectUSA works with the U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service and entities across government to facilitate job-creating business investments into the United States and raise awareness of the critical role that economic development plays in the U.S. economy.

Following the 2 online editions (2020 and 2021), the SelectUSA Investment Summit returns in 2022 to its in-person format at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, Maryland, between June 26 and June 29, 2022.

The SelectUSA Investment Summit is the highest-profile event in the United States dedicated to promoting foreign direct investment (FDI). Participants to the Summit can:

• explore interactive exhibitor showcases featuring economic developers (EDOs), service providers, industry experts, and international tech startups;
• network with more than 50 states and territories, companies from more than 80 markets, speakers, government officials, and more, as well as set up one-to-one or group meetings to make investment deals happen;
• learn from policy and industry experts in more than 100 sessions and gather actionable information on everything from developing a workforce to understanding incentives;
• meet and form valuable partnerships with industry partners from across the United States;
• meet over 1000 investors from more than 80 international markets.

This year’s program includes information workshops, hands on details on accessing the U.S. market, Governors’ panels, and exhibitors from across the U.S. and the world, and three networking receptions for participants.
