Anca Jurcovan is a well-recognized competition practitioner, having acquired extensive experience over the past 14 years assisting leading clients in investigations conducted by the Romanian Competition Council as well as in competition litigation. She focuses her practice on competition, IP and technology related legal matters and has advised clients on complex and innovative contract structures. She also has expertise in consumer protection, advertising and unfair commercial practices, electronic commerce transactions and personal data protection issues, in diverse industry sectors, including telecom, retail, energy, financial services and life sciences.
Anca Jurcovan has a Bachelor's degree from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and a Master's degree in Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. She has also graduated King’s College London with two Advanced Diplomas in Competition Law and Economics for Competition Law.
