Vodafone Smart Invoice online service allows users to perform operations of issuing, delivering and storing invoices, as well as reduce costs of their management

 Vodafone Romania offers companies the Smart Invoice service, a dedicated solution for issuing and managing tax invoices and other payment documents, such as proforma invoices, receipts and notices. The new solution is part of the "Ready Business" portfolio and is addressed to small and mid-sized companies, regardless of the field of activity.

Smart Invoice is the optimal solution to quickly and effectively address the challenges of this process. Access to Smart Invoice is possible directly from the browser via a secure connection. Users have access to the functions of issuing, delivering, storing and managing payment documents in a simple and quick way. Furthermore, customers have access in real time to updated information on payments, stocks and invoice status.

Smart Invoice can be accessed from any device connected to the Internet (desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone). This service offers the possibility to collect payments based on invoices online, as all online payment processors from Romania are accepted. Users will benefit from an increase in the payment collection rate through the payment management facilities and the system of automatic notifications sent to customers.
