Tudor Ionescu, with over 17 years of experience in the design, office and hospitality industry, will take over the position of Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, Office Sector within CBRE Romania.

The nomination of Tudor, architect, specialised in workplace consultancy, reflects a change of strategy of CBRE, which becomes the first real estate company focusing on employees work experience in the office spaces.

As Head of Department Advisory & Transaction Services for the office sector of CBRE Romania, Tudor Ionescu will work closely with the two managers within the department, Alina Calciu, in charge of the Occupier Services and Vlad Damian, for the Investor Leasing segment.
