Talent feels@home at Deloitte to Bring over 60 Graduates

by Deloitte Romania March 7, 2016

Deloitte Romania launches Talent feels@home at Deloitte recruitment campaign with the aim to attract over 60 graduates. The campaign will take place in Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca and Timisoara and targets young talents aspiring for a career in tax and audit service lines. The campaign includes dedicated events at the firm’s premises or during job fairs.

“A good start is essential for the career path of any young professional. In the selection process we look for talents who are motivated to leave a trace on the future business environment, which is why their aspirations and resume are equally important,” said Ahmed Hassan, Country Managing Partner Deloitte Romania.

“Those who start their career with Deloitte join one of the largest professional services firms in the world and a dynamic, fast growing, innovative team of almost 600 professionals in Romania. A career start with Deloitte provides for intense learning, personal growth and lots of exciting projects done by combined teams of young talent and established experts in fields such as accounting and auditing, risk services, taxation, law, financial advisory and consulting services.”

A recent Deloitte Millennial Survey has shown that the new generation of leaders is looking for employers with similar values and aspirations who are offering leadership and mentorship opportunities and are encouraging the work-life balance.

“Beside experience and education, we are interested in the personality and values of the young graduates as well as in what motivates them and how they project their future,” added Hassan.

Among the initiatives, the campaign includes the second edition of the Deloitte Students’ Academy which gives students in final years the chance to get a real perspective on working in a multinational environment through workshops led by Deloitte professionals and through shadowing sessions with the firm’s management. At the end of the program, students may receive employment offers.

The program is open for graduates that want to be part of Deloitte and are graduating this year or who graduated in the last two years.

In March and April Deloitte organizes a series of events on audit and tax matters for students and graduates in Economics along with as seminars on careers and visits at Deloitte’s office in Bucharest. More information about the campaign is available in the Career section of Deloitte’s website or on the firm’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages.

Applications for entry level positions may apply in the Career section of Deloitte’s website until April 15th.
