Stratulat Albulescu recently assisted Teads, the inventor of outstream video advertising and the leading native video advertising marketplace, on the lease of their new office premises, currently under construction in the Dorobanti area of Bucharest.
Our Firm assisted Teads on all legal aspects of the transaction from the outset including advising during negotiations with the landlord Primavera Development, revising the lease agreement and providing all necessary legal assistance for the successful signing of the transaction documentation.
