The legal team consisting of Constantin Cosmin Pintilie (Managing Associate) and Mircea Vasile (Junior Lawyer), under the coordination of  Valeriu Stoica (Founding Partner) recently obtained an unprecedented solution in a litigation whose main object was to compel the defendant to cease copyright infringement on a computer program, as a provisional measure. Furthermore, the obligation of the defendant to constitute a guarantee in order to cover the damage was also admitted, as well as the obligation to allow access to the source code of the application used without the right, in order to preserve computer evidence.

The solution is unprecedented in national jurisprudence, both in terms of the measures ordered and in terms of the speed of the case resolution, thus ensuring a real protection of intellectual property rights through provisional measures.
