Stratulat Albulescu is pleased to announce the promotion of three outstanding lawyers, effective May 1, 2023.

Congratulations to Bogdan Florea, Andreea Stanciu and Mihai Iorga on their promotion to Senior Associate.

Their new positions are testament to their hard work, significant involvement and contribution in multiple complex projects.

Bogdan Florea (Employment/ Construction Law and Public Procurement) joined the SAA team in 2016, first as an intern, and later in 2018 as a junior lawyer. Being a long-standing member of our Firm who has always proved his dedication and devotion to the strategy and principles of SAA, Bogdan performed outstandingly and delivered exceptional client-oriented work.

Initially, Bogdan was mainly involved in Employment projects, and later, Bogdan also specialized in the fields of Construction Law and Public Procurement.

In recent years, gradually, with the deepening and expansion of the areas of law covered, Bogdan has increased his degree of independence in fulfilling the mandates received, managing to effectively manage innovative projects at the level of the department.

With almost 7 years of experience in business law, Andreea Stanciu (Dispute Resolution) joined the SAA team in January 2020 in the Dispute Resolution department, where she gained experience in a diverse range of disputes. Andreea specialized in civil and commercial disputes, ensuring the defense of clients' interests in litigation files with professionals, employment disputes, enforced executions and intellectual property disputes.

Mihai Iorga (Dispute Resolution) joined the team in December 2020 and has approximately 7 years of professional experience in the legal field. Mihai has specialized in representing local and international clients active in various industries and sectors in a varied range of disputes, such as real estate and disputes involving urban planning issues, employment disputes, as well as claims procedures.
