Reff & Associates, the law firm representing Deloitte Legal in Romania, expands its litigation team by recruiting Mihnea Galgotiu-Sararu for the role of Senior Managing Associate and Ana Pantilica for the role of Senior Associate.
Mihnea Galgotiu-Sararu has ten years of experience in business law, after graduating summa cum laude from the Law School of the Bucharest University. He represented market-leading players across all industries, by coordinating large litigation projects, with a focus on complex commercial, real estate and administrative disputes, including antitrust cases. He also has extensive experience in international arbitration proceedings and multi-jurisdictional litigation projects. Previously, Mihnea Galgotiu-Sararu was Partner and co-head of the dispute resolution practice at one of the largest Romanian law firms. His work is recognized by Legal500 and he constantly contributes with articles to business and legal publications.
During Ana Pantilica’s seven years of experience at a reputed national law firm, she has been mainly involved in dispute resolution projects, including national and international cases, both in front of courts of law and arbitration panels. She also has experience in advising clients on data protection, consumer protection and real estate matters. For the past years, Ana Pantilica coordinated high-profile cases in various types of disputes, including real-estate, corporate, tax, competition, administrative and intellectual property.
