Reff & Associates, the law firm representing Deloitte Legal in Romania, expands its banking and finance team by recruiting Patricia Enache for the role of Managing Associate.
Patricia’s experience with major Romanian law firms exceeds 15 years and she is specialized in banking and finance. She provided a full range of transaction assistance services on various finance transactions, from structuring and due diligence, to post-closing assistance, acting for either credit institutions or borrowers. Moreover, Patricia was involved in debt restructuring transactions and transfers of banking assets, in particular non-performing loan portfolios (with an aggregate face value of approximately EUR 2 billion). Patricia’s experience also includes advising on regulatory, compliance and operational banking matters, as well as on other specific aspects of the financial services area, such as leasing operations, payment services, and insurance and capital market issues.
