At HOSPICE Casa Speranței, the beginning of the year offers us the opportunity to reach out to people who want to help in the simplest and most inexpensive way possible, by redirecting 3.5% of the income tax for supporting the children and adults facing incurable illnesses.
Doing good is for free! We only ask for a few minutes of your time to fill in and sign the 230 form by which you redirect 3.5% of the tax you have already paid to the state last year. Those few minutes of your time can work wonders for a child or an adult who is fighting for his life.
Last year, HOSPICE teams provided over 10,000 days of hospitalization and over 7,200 visits to our patients' homes, free of charge. To continue to ease the suffering of children and adults facing an incurable illness, we need your help in redirecting 3.5% of last year's tax!
The 230 form attached is accompanied by the consent form for personal data processing. Both of them must be filled in and sent back to us – or collected by your HR department.
The same as last year, you can choose to redirect the income tax for two years in a row towards the same Charitable Cause, so next year you will not need to fill out the form again. If the option is not checked, the document will be valid only for the current year.
