PwC Romania announces that starting 1st July 2023 Ana Maria Iordache becomes Partner in the Tax and Legal Services department.

With more than 15 years of experience in tax and administrative litigation, Ana Maria had successfully represented numerous clients both before the Romanian authorities and courts of law as well as during proceedings before the European Court of Justice. She has been identified as an expert in these areas of the prestigious legal publication Legal 500.
Her scope of practice includes a wide range of litigations in the areas of tax law, administrative law, competition law, personal data protection, as well as disputes arising from enforcement proceedings.
Ana-Maria has a bachelor’s degree in law from the Iasi University as well as a Master’s degree in European Law from the University of Modena e Reggio Emilia, Italy. Ana-Maria is a qualified lawyer in the Bucharest Bar.
Since 2018, she has been Partner of D&B David și Baias, PwC's correspondent law firm in Romania.
