PwC Romania has hired 162 new employees in the Assurance and Tax and Legal Services departments, with most of the new joiners being fresh graduates.
“The speed with which new technologies are transforming businesses is pushing us towards consulting products and services with higher added value. That is why we are trying to recruit young professionals that can adapt very fast to the new technologies and the business processes in our industry”, stated Ionuţ Simion, Country Managing Partner, PwC Romania.

Some of the new joiners were recruited using the pioneering new approach to recruitment and candidate selection process: PwC Career-Boosting Game, a competition based on the gamification concept, which proposes the use of game thinking and game mechanics in a real context, in the business environment.
