As of January 1, 2021, Andrei Cosma has been promoted as Managing Associate at Simion & Baciu.
Andrei has been part of the Simion & Baciu team since its inception in 2019. From the position of Senior Associate, Andrei was from the beginning an essential part of the Simion & Baciu project, and contributed significantly to the start of the work of the newly established law firm.

About Andrei Cosma: Andrei has been a lawyer since 2015, and during this period he gained significant experience especially in the field of specific regulated industries.
Having been involved in the gambling industry since the beginning of the reform of the Romanian legal framework and well-versed in addressing all legal aspects related to the conduct of gambling activities, Andrei also specializes in new technologies, including blockchain, artificial intelligence or fintech.
In his work at Simion&Baciu, Andrei is also involved in projects in the field of intellectual property, advertising and audiovisual, as well as consumer protection.
Andrei has been involved in a wide variety of complex legal projects for major clients in the field of gambling, investment funds or major multinational media companies.
