PeliFilip assisted Skanska in the selling of first office building in Campus 6

May 8, 2018

PeliFilip assisted Skanska, one of the leading development and construction companies in Europe, in the selling of first office building in Campus 6. The value of the transaction totals EUR 53 M. Campus 6.1 is an A-class office development, offering approximately 22,000 sq. m of gross lettable area (GLA).

PeliFilip team has been involved in this project since 2015, when Skanska acquired the land on which the project is being developed.

"We witnessed a good performance of the Romanian real estate market in this quarter, as the liquidity level gradually improved over the last few years. We are both delighted and honoured that Skanska entrusted us with such an important project for the group” declared Oana Badărău, Partner and Head of Real Estate, PeliFilip.

Campus 6 office complex is located in the center-western part of Bucharest, near Politehnica University. The project includes four class A office buildings, with a total rentable area of 81,000 sq. m. This is the second office project that the company is building in Romania, after Green Court in Bucharest.

PeliFilip’s real estate department, coordinated by Oana Bădărău, is one of the largest teams in Romania’s real estate sector: 13 lawyers, of which 2 partners and 5 senior associates. The team has acquired its reputation in leading Romanian transactions and was involved in 2016 in over 25 major real estate projects.
