It is our pleasure to invite you on November 18^th, 2019 to the conference Expert Forum (EFOR) is organizing on “Five years of sanctions on Russia: have they worked?”.  We hope to have a vibrant discussion on hot topics relevant to the Russian Federation and our region: the energy policy, sanctions and anti-money laundering policies.

The conference is hosted by the Romanian National Bank and it will benefit from media presence during the debates. While the event will start at 10 AM we advise you to arrive at 9.30 AM at the latest to allow due time for registration and access procedures. The discussions will be in English.
