Sebastian Olteanu, Partner, has 12 years of professional experience in the Romanian legal environment. His main asset is his wide understanding of Romanian and European legal issues. He specializes in financial services and M&As. He has been a legal and business advisor for a significant number of major Romanian and international clients on commercial and corporate law, covering banking and finance, investments and transactions.
